Animal skins, leathers, suedes, etc. are all individually unique.  The quality of skin, the quality of construction and the quality of dyes vary widely.  Our experts will examine each item to judge serviceability and work with you to decide on the best course of care for your item.  

Many leather and suede items being produced today are of high quality and will restore with proper care.  Similarly, there are leathers and suedes being produced to fill a lower price point need in the market - many of these lesser quality items are not serviceable in a way that would be satisfactory to many clients.  We do our best to identify and communicate what should be expected with treating such unique items.
