Timothy McCann, President and Director of New Ventures

As Director of New Ventures, Tim is focused on development of new markets and products to maximize the value Best Cleaners can deliver to our clients while best utilizing the assets of this growing firm.  Tim's background in finance and business to business sales allows a unique perspective on the garment care industry.

Tim is not sure what the role of President means so he defers to the CEO. 

Susan Vellano, Director of Sales

Susan has owned and operated restaurants and ran operations for large franchises.  These experiences suit the role well, but pale in comparison to her real asset, which is true passion for delivering the best client experience feasible.  In her sales hat, Susan is a phenomonal advocate for Best Cleaners.  She spreads the brand message wide and far.

Michele Bouchard, Controller & Director of Human Resources

That humming noise is the sound of a finely oiled machine which Michele has built and maintains.  Michele's backround as a business owner brings a level of understanding and accountability which is impossible to find.   As HR, Michele brings true compassion to the role and advocates for the employees and Best Cleaners tirelessly.
